Join an intimate community with other parents, as somatic therapists and senior realization process teachers, Marijana and Margaret co-lead this online group in embodied healing and meditative practices from the Realization Process. Over the course of 6 weeks these practices can help you illuminate and begin to dissolve the barriers to making real contact with your children and deepen and refine your access to unchanging/ever-present resources in your body, awakening more love, joy and freedom from which to live and parent.
